A whole-house job. The old plaster had blown in patches on every wall and the ceilings had been patched so many times it was quicker and better to start again.
We stripped the walls back, took down the failed ceilings and re-boarded the living room, kitchen and bathroom, cutting in downlights and running a dehumidifier to keep the house drying between visits. Everything was then skimmed through, giving the owners flat walls and ceilings in every room for the first time in decades.
